1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Qoreta. By accessing, browsing, or using Qoreta ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Qoreta governing your access to and use of our SaaS platform, automation tools, and content generation services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your affirmative acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on our platform. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the platform after such changes are implemented constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

To utilize the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are entirely responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are strictly prohibited and will be terminated immediately without notice. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

3. Strict Acceptable Use Policy and Content Restrictions

Qoreta is a professional platform designed to generate high-quality, legitimate content for businesses and creators. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding the generation or promotion of illicit, unethical, or explicit material.

NSFW and Adult Content

We do strictly prohibit the use of our Service to generate content for adult websites, pornography, or any Not Safe For Work (NSFW) material. This includes but is not limited to: sexually explicit descriptions, escort services, adult toys, erotic literature, or any visual or textual content intended for sexual arousal.

Illegal and Harmful Websites

You may not use Qoreta to generate content for websites involved in or promoting illegal activities. This encompasses a broad spectrum of prohibited categories, including:

• Substance Abuse: Websites selling or promoting illegal drugs, unregulated pharmaceuticals, or instructional material on drug manufacturing.
• Violence and Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, promotes discrimination, or disparages any group based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or gender.
• Weapons and Explosives: Sites promoting the unregulated sale of firearms, ammunition, or instructions on creating explosives or harmful devices.
• Fraud and Deception: Phishing sites, scams, get-rich-quick schemes, or any content designed to mislead, defraud, or exploit readers.
• Copyright Infringement: Websites dedicated to pirated software, movies, music, or other intellectual property violations.
• Gambling: Unlicensed or illegal gambling operations.

Enforcement and Immediate Ban

Any attempt to bypass our system filters, use obfuscated language, or employ any workaround to generate content for these prohibited purposes will result in an immediate, irreversible ban from the Qoreta platform. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated under these circumstances, and we reserve the right to report severe violations to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Plagiarism Guarantee

We pride ourselves on the originality of our generated content. Qoreta guarantees that the plagiarism rate for every generated blog post will be less than 1%. Our sophisticated AI models are trained to synthesize information and construct original sentences rather than scrape and copy existing text.

If you encounter a blog post generated by our system that exceeds this 1% plagiarism threshold (as verified by industry-standard plagiarism detection tools like Copyscape), you may contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the issue, rectify the content, and ensure your account is credited appropriately for the generated piece. This guarantee applies strictly to the raw output generated by Qoreta before any user modifications.

5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

Qoreta operates on a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) model. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay the applicable recurring fees (monthly or annually) as outlined during the checkout process. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your account management page or by contacting our customer support team at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Qoreta reserves the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Any price changes will take effect following email notice to you.

6. Strict Refund Policy

We believe in the value of our platform, but we also understand that it may not be the perfect fit for everyone. Our refund policy is strictly defined as follows:

Refunds are only applicable within exactly 7 days from the date and time of your payment. Furthermore, a refund will only be granted if this is your first-ever subscription with Qoreta. If you have previously subscribed, canceled, and re-subscribed, or if you are upgrading or renewing a plan, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

To request a refund within this 7-day window for your first subscription, you must contact support@qoreta.com. Once the 7-day period has elapsed, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

7. Privacy Policy and Data Handling

Your privacy is fundamentally important to us. This section serves as our integrated Privacy Policy, detailing how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Data Collection

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This includes Identity Data (name, username), Contact Data (email, billing address), and Technical Data (IP address, browser type, usage patterns). When you connect your CMS (e.g., WordPress), we securely store the necessary access tokens required exclusively to publish content on your behalf.

Data Usage

We utilize the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send related information including confirmations and invoices, and to monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service. We do not sell, rent, or illegally distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement highly stringent, industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our platform. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service itself, including its original content, features, algorithms, code base, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Qoreta and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the domestic and international jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Qoreta.

User-Generated Content Ownership

By using Qoreta to generate blog posts, you retain full ownership of the final generated materials once they are published to your platform, provided your account remains in good standing and you have not violated any of these Terms. Qoreta claims no ownership rights over the specific text generated for your specific prompts and keywords.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Qoreta, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

In no event shall Qoreta, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Qoreta and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content generated and published on your behalf that violates third-party rights or laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
